Tiger Tanto by Paul Chen / Hanwei
Discover the exceptional Tiger Tanto by Paul Chen/Hanwei - a traditional Japanese knife with outstanding quality and construction. The blade is hand-forged and folded using K120C powder steel with Bo-Hi and a short (ko)kissaki, making it both functional and visually striking.
The Saya features intricate brass bamboo leaf inlays and is deeply lacquered in black for added durability. The highest quality ray skin is used on the tsuka, which is wrapped with tsuka-ito and sageo made of the best quality Japanese cotton.
The Fuchi, Kashira, Kojiri, Koiguchi, and Kurigata are crafted from blackened bronzed iron, selectively detailed in gold. The Habaki is a one-piece brass construction, adding to the knife's overall durability and strength.
