Medieval Pig-Faced Bascinet Helmet - 18 Gauge

This Pig Faced Bascinet Helm is constructed from 18 gauge steel; the faceplate trim is riveted brass. The interior of the helm is blackened and lined with an adjustable leather suspension liner. A leather chin strap with brass buckle keeps the helm fixed upon the head.

The visor can be raised, or, by removing its hinged side pins the visor can be removed altogether.
