Fishtail Matchlock Musket Rifle

The Fishtail Matchlock Musket with its large fishtail butt stock would have been used in Europe, England and the Colonies during the early 1600's. Matchlocks like this could be used for early American and English Civil War re-enactments. Although matchlocks were made obsolete by the flintlock muskets and remained in use until the mid 1700's. Measures 61" long.

The Fishtail Matchlock Musket has a functional firing mechanism however cannot be fired.
