Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.


We accept Credit Card, Google Check out and Pay Pal payments.

We accept Checks and U. S. Money Orders made payable to By The Sword, Inc.

We accept Travelers checks.

We accept Wire Transfers. Please note there is a $25.00 dollar (bank) charge.

Please allow an extra 14 business days for the processing of Personal Checks.

Please note: All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Backordered items will be shipped when they become available. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

We are able to ship packages via Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS.

Custom fees for Canada and International Orders: 

By The Sword, Inc. is not responsible for any customs or duty fees imposed by your government. It is the customer's responsibility to determine and pay any such custom and duty fees. If the fees are not paid by the customer there will be a $10.00 charge above the custom and duties fees charged by your government. It is your responsibility to know you country’s laws regarding imports. If items are taken into customs and destroyed because they are not allowed we hold no liability.  






All our products are shipped in new condition and are insured. Items totaling $500 and over are sent signature require. By The Sword, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged items incurred during shipment. If a loss or damage occurs during shipping:


1. Retain all packaging and shipping material.
2. Contact the shipping carrier - UPS, FedEx or USPS
3. Contact us so that we may be able to assist you and the carrier in resolving the issue.
4. Do not return the package to us.


All customers requesting shipments sent to P.O Boxes assume all risks. By The Sword, Inc. is not responsible for any losses or damages for items sent via US Postal.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and send it when it becomes available.

Tax Charges

For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from Florida. All other orders are tax free.

By the Sword, Inc. does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.


Your personal information will NEVER be sold, rented, traded or given away. We respect your privacy. Email addresses we collect are for tracking numbers, contacting you about your order and occasional newsletters. Your Email will also NEVER be sold, rented, traded or given away.

Returns Policy

Warranties, Returns and Exchanges:

We will replace any (non clothing) items which are in some way defective in workmanship or materials. You may return it within 30 days of receiving it in its original packaging and condition for replacement. We can not replace, exchange or refund any custom made orders. Custom made items may not be canceled once construction has begun. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned items. Shipping is non refundable. There is a 25 dollar service charge for invalid charge-backs. We reserve the right to charge a twenty five dollar administrative fee on canceled orders.

"Our Clothing Guarantee"

By The Sword Inc. fully warrants all of our clothing against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Please inspect your garments upon arrival. If they do not fit, we will be happy to exchange them for a different size. If they are of poor quality, we will be happy to exchange them for the correct quality.

Please note: We will not accept returned garments that have been worn, washed, damaged or soiled and each will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them - shipping is non-refundable.


Returns and Exchanges

You must contact us prior to returning any item for an exchange or refund. We will issue you a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Items received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Any such items may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition. The RA Number must be clearly written on the package. Please include a copy of your invoice and an explanation for the reason of the return. After the 30 day return period, By The Sword, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny merchandise returns for store credit.


By The Sword, Inc. will not accept any returns that have been damaged by the customer. Any alterations, use, or damage occurring after the item leaves our facilities will void our liability to accept the return of such item. Any such returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. Personal items such as underwear, drinking cups / chalices and wind instruments cannot be returned.



Neither By The Sword, Inc. or its owners or suppliers accept any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of any products sold. Use is at consumer's risk. Liability is limited solely to replacement of faulty merchandise. Knowledge of and adherence to local laws and/or statutes is the responsibility of the consumer. Must be 18 or older to purchase weapons. All prices, materials and colors subject to change without prior notice. All orders must be prepaid. All items subject to availability. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned items. Custom orders are non-refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers as necessary.
