Aventail Leather Helmet Attachment designed to fit our GDFB Medieval Helmets.
The Aventail or Camail was a curtain of chainmail attached around the base of a helmet usually a bascinet during the 14th and early 15th centuries. This Aventail is fitted with a leather collar, to facilitate attachment to helmets.
This particular Aventail will fit these helmets:
29-AB0423, 29-AB0424, AB0427, 29-AB0428, 29-AB1400, 29-AB2967, 29-AB2971.
