Our Tabla Set, Copper is a standard wooden dayan is paired with an Copper bayan. Both are strap tuned. Includes cushions, covers, tuning hammer and nylon case. Sajid is renowned for top quality tabla. He hand selects the skins for each head. Each head is manufactured to exact specifications. Then the mounting begins. Sajid will mount and re-mount the head a dozen times to make sure of the proper fit and sound. the beautiful finish on the bayan has a soft tone and is not a stark copper color. Cushion colors and patterns may vary.
