The ensemble consists of a generous blouse, with elastic sleeves, trimmed in ribbons. The skirt is full and is double layered, with a lace and cotton velvet outer layer. The ensemble is accented with a soft black cummerbund belt, which ties in the back. Dry clean only. Red only.
