Product Description

Black and White Armour was popular with the Landsknechts "German mercenaries" during the 16th century. This lightweight Burgonet is characterized by it's high combed skull, brow peak and hinged ear pieces and blackened sections. This type of helm allows excellent vision and plenty of oxygen, usually worn with a buff "throat protection". Comes with rolled and roped edges and is available with an optional leather suspension liner. The burgonet is made from 16 gauge steel. Please include your choice when ordering. Children's armor available for children under 4 feet 11 inches.
