WWII Skull Head Fighting Knife
Our WWII Skull Head Fighting Knife was used During WWII in the Pacific, where the leather grips used on many fighting knives rotted in the hot and humid climate. A sailor in the US Navy made new grips of salvaged aluminum from shot-down Japanese aircraft, including the infamous Zero.
The new grips were a work of art and very functional, from the skull head cruncher to the cobra finger guard. Our high quality reproduction Skull Head Fighting Knife is made with a standard U.S. issue style blade from hand-forged high carbon steel that’s properly tempered for optimal strength, durability and edge holding qualities. Aluminum grip like the originals. Comes with a standard issue style top-grained leather sheath that fits belts up to 3" wide.
