The Viking Spectacle LARP Helmet, 16 Ga. Steel is a variation of the Viking Spangenhelm and named for the eyepieces formed integrally with the nasal. The Viking Spangenhelm is crafted in 16 gauge steel. Spangenhelms are characterized by their construction, whereby steel strips (spangen) are used to join the steel plates of the cap. Steel rivets are used to attach the overlying banding.
