Our Mounted English Knight in Suit of Armor by Marto is an English Knight riding a horse standing on a wooden platform. The knight wears a parade suit of armor composed of a horse helmet, a cuirass with pauldrons and bracelets and greaves on the legs. The basin and hoses are covered with orange colored velvet breeches. The knight sports an orange cape and is armed with a round shield, a jousting lance with velvet banner and a sword. The horse also is harnessed with metal parade armor enriched with relief sculpted figures and a fringed, orange colored velvet caparison.
