This type of Medieval Soldier's Helmet was in use on the European battlefields from the 13th to the 14th century, and offered excellent visibility. Similar to a medieval kettle hat this helm has no brim and is offered with a riveted leather band.
Crafted in 16 gauge steel our Medieval Soldier's Helmet is hand forged and polished. This Functional Medieval Helmet was popular with Medieval Archers. The great visibility of this helmet make it perfect for LARP, re-enactments and Stage use.
