British Brown Bess Musket W/ Bayonet Colonial Period - Non-Firing
The "British Brown Bess Musket" was one of the most renowned flintlock muskets ever produced. Introduced during the reign of Queen Anne (1702-1714), the gun was produced for over a century and was one of the most significant firearms of the American Revolutionary War. The Continental Army was armed with the weapon at the start of hostilities and, as the war progressed, many more were manufactured locally. The musket was still in British service at the time of the Napoleonic Wars in Europe (1799-1815). It weighed a hefty fifteen pounds with its bayonet and fired a ball three quarters of an inch in diameter! This Non Firing version of the British Brown Bess Rifle is accurately detailed and comes complete with its removable bayonet.

Note: The bayonet has an adjustment screw that allows you to orient the bayonet in any placement you desire.

1892 Winchester Lever-Action Rifle Silver Finish Non-Firing
The 1892 Winchester Lever-Action Rifle, descendant of the Henry and 1866 "Yellow Boy" rifles, was made from 1892 until 1941 and total production was in excess of one million pieces. Many variations and calibers were introduced over the course of the 50 years production, but the basic design was largely unaltered and the fact that many are still in use today as hunting rifles bears testimony to the reliability and longevity of the gun. This non-firing replica clearly demonstrates the workings of the famed lever action. Mod. 92 Carbine - USA 1892.

Wildwood Dulcimer - Sheesham - 3 Round Openings Flat Pegbox
Wildwood Dulcimer, Sheesham is fun, lightweight, and easy to play. It has the rich sound of a mountain dulcimer with just a little bit of banjo twang. The body style of the Wildwood allows it to be played like a guitar instead of the traditional ''flat in the lap'' position of the mountain dulcimer. The teardrop spruce soundboard with three rosettes stands out in contrast to the long, thin rosewood fingerboard.

The Wildwood has three string courses: a wound string at the top, an unwound center string, and two unwound strings tuned in unison, at the bottom. Many tunings will work, but we recommend the traditional DAD to makes it easy to pick up and play. The frets are arranged in a diatonic scale, just like an Appalachian mountain dulcimer, but added is the infamous ''6 ½'' fret just below the octave position allowing play in Ionian mode. The possibilities are many, playing the Wildwood Dulcimer can as easy or as complicated as your care to make it. Explore!

Features:
* Strings: 2-Melody, 1-Middle & 1-Base
* Less Than 2 lb. Take it Anywhere
* Sheesham Fingerboard with 6 1/2 & 13 1/2 Fret
* Spruce Soundboard, Cream Colored, Straight Grained
* Sheesham Body and Mahogany Neck
* 3 Sound Holes with Interlocking Rings

Special Note: The strings put on the instruments in our workshops, while playable, are put through some rigorous testing. They should probably be replaced for improved playability, sound quality, and better tuning shortly after you receive the instrument. For your convenience we offer Roosebeck Wildwood Dulcimer strings.
