Our Leather Brigandine or Coat of Plates with Thigh Flaps is Leather armor upper body protection. These custom made leather brigandines; or more accurately known as a "coat of plates", are similar to those used in "Braveheart"! These leather armour coats are constructed with thick 13-15 oz. leather plates riveted to top quality suede leather and then fully lined inside with suede leather. Includes ALL Straps and Buckles. Great for LARP and SCA combat.

Measure around the waist at belly button height. Please remember to wear your padded arming doublet or clothing you will be using while taking measurements.

Weight approximately 11 Lbs with thigh plates.
