By The Sword Catalog : Armour : Functional Armour : Arms and Pauldrons


Welcome to our pages of Functional Armour. Our armour has been designed to suit the needs of period re-enactors as well as other re-enactment societies.

Each piece of armour is individually hand crafted. Some of this armour can be constructed to your preference of 14, 16 or 18-gauge steel. Some also can be custom made to your measurements. This armour can be used for either Display or for SCA, Live Steel and Stage Fighting!

Shipping time is normally between 4 to 12 weeks. (Some items may take longer)

Gothic Besegew AW1040
<span style='font-size: 14px;'><strong>Gothic Besegew AW1040</strong></span> Our Gothic Besegew is Made with 18 gauge cold rolled steel. The besegew protects the front and the bottom of the arm.

Wraith Pauldrons AW1044
<span style='font-size: 14px;'><strong>Wraith Pauldrons AW1044</strong></span> The Wraith Pauldrons or spauldrons are made from 18 gauge cold rolled steel. All the necessary leather straps are included.

<span style='font-size: 14px;'><strong>Dragon Scale Upper Arm AW1050</strong></span> The Dragon Scale Upper Arm Armours are made with 18 gauge steel pieces and 8 to 10 oz tan leather.
